Platform Overview
Bountyy is a freemium merchant platform allowing stores to list for free, manage basic tools, and optionally subscribe to paid plans for boosted visibility and advanced features.
Subscriptions & Auto-Renewal
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually and automatically renew unless cancelled before the next billing cycle.
No Refund Policy
All payments are non-refundable unless required by Philippine law.
Advertising Disclaimer
Boosted visibility increases exposure but does not guarantee sales, revenue, customer engagement, or business growth.
Merchant Responsibility
- Accuracy of menu, pricing, and inventory
- Food quality, safety, and compliance
- Compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
Limitation of Liability
Bountyy implements reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to safeguard user information and maintain platform security. However, no website, platform, or digital service can guarantee absolute protection against all security risks.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Bountyy, its owners, developers, employees, contractors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including losses arising from unauthorized access, disclosure, theft, loss, corruption, or misuse of data caused by cyberattacks, third-party service failures, force majeure events, or actions beyond Bountyy's reasonable control.
Nothing in these Terms shall exclude, restrict, or limit any rights or liabilities that cannot be excluded under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, including applicable data privacy and consumer protection laws.
